By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods are not of origin from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran”.
The Seller delivers and transfers the Goods within the Cherkasy region on DDP terms (in accordance with the International Commercial Terms Incoterms 2020 edition) at the customer's request. Delivery of the Goods is carried out at the Seller's expense and by the Seller's transport. The delivery period for the goods is until the end of the martial law period in Ukraine from the date of contract conclusion, but not later than the expiration of the contract term.
Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Buyer on the basis of properly executed sales invoices of the Seller within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of the goods and relevant documents, which are the basis for payment. The Seller's sales invoice is the basis for payment.
