2. Estimated place of delivery, Consignee and quantity of Goods: indicated in Table No. 2 of this Appendix. The Buyer will inform the Supplier in writing about the exact place of delivery of the Goods within the period specified by this Agreement. 3. Delivery period of goods: within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement. 4. Quality requirements: sand does not contain foreign impurities visible to the naked eye, wood, metal fragments, clay in lumps and clods, etc. 5. Packaging type: bulk. 6. Tolerance conditions: when delivering to the Consignee, a deviation from the quantity of Goods agreed for delivery of +0/-5% is allowed. 7. List of accompanying documents provided during the delivery of each batch of Goods to each consignee: - Manufacturer's document on quality (certificate and/or passport and/or similar document) for the supplied goods; - Certified copy of the certificate and/or passport and/or protocol on the content of radioactive substances The Supplier confirms that the Goods (including their components) supplied under this Agreement have not been acquired by him/produced by a third party registered or carrying out actual economic activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the temporarily occupied territory or in settlements where the state authorities of Ukraine do not temporarily exercise their powers, and in settlements located on the contact line, as well as in countries whose independence is not recognized by Ukraine, and have not been acquired/produced in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
