Передача (приймання) Товару здійснюється в пункті поставки, за адресою Замовника: на підставі видаткової накладної, яка підписується уповноваженими особами Сторін.
Приймання Товару за кількістю та якістю здійснюється Сторонами в порядку, що визначається чинним законодавством України.
Зобов’язання Постачальника щодо поставки Товару вважається виконаним з моменту підписання видаткових накладних. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару на підставі відповідної заявки Замовника, яка може бути направлена Замовником поштою або на електронну пошту Постачальника у строк що не перевищує 30 (тридцять) робочих днів, але у будь-якому разі не пізніше 15.11.2026 року.
Розрахунки за товар, що поставляється, проводяться шляхом оплати за фактично поставлену кількість товару (партію товару) протягом тридцяти календарних днів після пред’явлення рахунку. Оплата проводиться в гривнях шляхом перерахунку грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника.
Для оплати надається належно оформлена накладна на кількість товару, яка зазначається у договорі.
Датою розрахунків за цим Договором вважають день надходження коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
Країна походження товару не може бути Російська федерація/ Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран.
