Закупівля здійснюється на підставі надання коштів з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на забезпечення безкоштовного харчування учнів початкових класів закладів загальної середньої освіти у 2026 році. Відповідна постанова № 1456 від 20 грудня 2024 року, зі змінами про розподіл субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на забезпечення харчуванням учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти на 2026 рік, постанова № 1753 від 29.12.2025 року.
Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару до освітніх закладів Замовника (згідно Додатку 1, що є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору) з моменту підписання Договору та по 31 травня 2026 року (кожного тижня понеділок та четвер до 08.00 год.) на підставі заявок (письмових, надісланих на електронну адресу Постачальника або ж наданих у телефонному режимі) поданих Замовником.
