Продаж (поставка) Товару здійснюється партійно, протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з дати отримання письмової заявки. Заявка направляється Покупцем (представником Покупця) Продавцю будь яким зручним способом (телефонним звʼязком, поштою, на електронну адресу, тощо), за реквізитами, що зазначені у Договорі. У разі відсутності попередньої письмової заявки Покупця, Товар поставляється за умови наявності товару на складі Продавця. Строк поставки товару: до 10.12.2026. Строк поставки окремої партії визначається у Заявці. Місце поставки товару: Запорізька область, місто Запоріжжя; Донецька, Дніпропетровська, Харківська область, в тому числі прифронтові населені пункти. Оплата за Договором провадиться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Покупцем грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця на протязі 30-ти (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання видаткової накладної. Датою оплати Товару вважається дата зарахування коштів на рахунок Продавця. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за належним чином поставлений та прийнятий Товар здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з наступного дня після отримання Покупцем призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
