Місце поставки: Донецька область, м.Слов’янськ, (або інший підрозділ ПОКУПЦЯ, вказаний в рознорядці на поставку товару за домовленістю) за рахунок Постачальника на умовах СРТ або DDP відповідно до «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року.
Дата виготовлення: не раніше 4 кварталу 2025 року.
Строк поставки товару протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки.
Умови оплати –
Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п'ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару та видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ.
У випадку якщо податкова накладна зареєстрована пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної.
У випадку якщо на дату оплати реєстрацію податкової накладної зупинено, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати отримання ПОКУПЦЕМ на електронну адресу _______________________ повідомлення від ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА з копією квитанції про реєстрацію податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування кількісних і вартісних показників до податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних.
