Electric Batteries

This tender concerns the procurement of electric batteries. Suppliers are prohibited from delivering items not listed in the Specification; such items will not be paid for. Upon delivery, the supplier must provide an invoice, a certificate, and/or a declaration of conformity. The Customer has the right to reject goods that do not meet the contract's terms. If defective goods are identified, the Customer may demand replacement with goods of proper quality, regardless of whether the defective items can still be used. The supplier bears all delivery-related costs, including transportation, and all risks of loss or damage until the goods are transferred to the Customer at the delivery point.
