1. Умови поставки Товару (у тому числі які встановлюються відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів «ІНКОТЕРМС-2020»): DDP – склад вантажоотримувача для резидентів. DАP– склад вантажоотримувача для нерезидентів. Транспортні витрати по доставці товару в місце призначення (при умовах поставки, DDP/DAP) включені в ціну товару (предмету закупівлі). 2. Строк поставки Товару: не більше 150 календарних днів з моменту підписання договору. Допускається здійснення поставки Товару частинами / партіями попередньо узгодженими з Покупцем. 3. Гарантійний строк/термін на Товар: Постачальник несе повне гарантійне забезпечення терміном визначеним виробником, але не менше 12 місяців з дати поставки Товару. 4. Рік виготовлення: 2024-2026 рр. 5. Вимоги до маркування, тари та упаковки: 5.1. Товар заводського виконання, новий, без слідів та ознак напрацювання, ремонту, відновлення тощо. 5.2. Сколи, тріщини, механічні пошкодження елементів при візуальному огляді не допускаються. 5.3. Товар упакований належним чином, відповідно до нормативного документу виробника, що забезпечує його збереження при перевезені та зберіганні. Упаковка забезпечує неушкодження, цілісність та комплектність товару під час здійснення операцій завантаження-розвантаження, транспортування та тимчасового складського зберігання до моменту передання на склад Замовника. 5.4. Країною походження запропонованого Товару не є Російська Федерація, Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. 6. Орієнтовне місце поставки, Вантажоотримувач та кількість Товару: вказані в Таблиці №1 цього Додатку. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного цим Договором. 7. Перелік супровідних документів, що надаються при поставці Товару*: 8.
