Умови оплати –
- Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п'ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару та видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ.
У випадку якщо податкова накладна зареєстрована пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної.
