Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником партіями, за Заявкою, Замовника засобами електронного зв’язку (e-mail, чи за месенджером телефонного номеру (через Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal), у строк, що передбачений у Специфікації. Постачальник повинен передати Покупцю талони на першу партію пального Товару, до 28 лютого 2026 року, що підтверджують право на отримання на АЗС Товару, згідно з Додатком 1 (Специфікація) до цього Договору. Передача товару у власність Замовника здійснюється за паливними талонами, номіналом 10 та/або 15 та/або 20 літрів. Термін дії талонів повинен бути безстроковим, або не менше 12 місяців. У випадку, якщо Постачальник не є власником АЗС (АЗС перебувають в оренді, користуванні, спільній діяльності тощо), то Постачальник повинен вказати перелік АЗС контрагентів, на яких є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по талонах, наданих Постачальником. - автозаправні станції, що здійснюють відпуск Товару за талонами відповідно до цього Договору, на території міста Києва повинні міститись в кожному з районів міста; - кількість автозаправних станцій, що здійснюють відпуск Товару за талонами на території України, складає не менше 5 у кожній області, крім територій, на яких ведуться бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих російською федерацією, затверджених Наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309.
