Договір буде укладений відповідно до вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (зі змінами та доповненнями). Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
