Строк поставки Товару: зазначається в заявці (замовленні) (далі — заявка / замовлення), але не пізніше ніж до 01.05.2026 року.
Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою Замовника, яка зазначена в договорі та заявці (замовленні) (далі — заявка / замовлення).
У випадку подання заявки Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника заявка вважається отриманою Постачальником з дати направлення її Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару.
Відповідно зі змінами до Порядку формувань та використання електронного каталогу затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 січня 2026 року № 33, Постачальником обов’язково має використовуватися вимога, щодо країно-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
