Gas stations must be located no more than 8 km from the administrative building of the Serednyanska village council, located at: Ukraine, Zakarpattia region, Uzhhorod district, Serednie village, vul. Zakarpatska, bldg. 63. The participant must ensure the possibility of round-the-clock refueling of the Customer's vehicles directly at the participant's gas station. Payment terms: 100% post-payment. Settlements are made in the national currency - hryvnia, in non-cash form by transferring the Buyer's funds to the Supplier's bank account within 10 (ten) banking days from the moment of receipt of the Goods according to the delivery note. Fuel dispensing must be carried out in accordance with coupons of 10 liters each. The validity period of the coupons is at least 1 year from the date of their delivery to the Customer. The participant guarantees that under the Supply Agreement, they will not offer the Customer for supply goods originating from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran and/or imported into the customs territory from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.Items: Gasoline (Petroleum and distillates) [CPV: 09130000-9]
