Original language: ukЗакупівля проводиться згідно Постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р., п.11 (зі змінами та доповненнями) Тип закупівлі: Запит (ціни) пропозиції. Джерело фінансування: Власний бюджет(кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства). В ціну Товару включається сплата податків, мита та інших обов’язкових платежів, а також вартість доставки до складу Покупця та розвантаження Товару силами Постачальника. Товар постачається окремими (невеликими) партіями за встановленими нормами відвантаження у тарі та пакуванні, яке забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування. Покупець має право коригувати кількість Товару в залежності від потреб та реального фінансування видатків (але в межах укладеного Договору). Постачальник гарантує, що Товар, які постачаються за цим Договором, відповідає його ціновій пропозиції , вимогам якості та не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран.
