The products must comply with the expiration date. Product delivery is carried out upon the Customer's request to the Customer's address: Vyshnyaky village, Lubensky district, Shevchenko st., 100, warehouse (delivery in batches of appropriate volume). A quality certificate, a research protocol for the content of nitrates and other harmful substances are provided for the batch of goods delivered. Products supplied to the institution must not contain genetically modified organisms and must be safe for the nutrition of wards; it is forbidden to import substandard goods. Packaging and containers must ensure the quality of the goods during transportation and storage. The Customer pays 100% of the value of the actually delivered goods by transferring funds according to the invoice to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 banking days after the signing of the delivery note and the acceptance control (quality) act of the Goods by the Parties' representatives, provided that appropriate funding is available. In case of delay in budget financing, payment is made within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of funds to the Customer's account. Unloading works are carried out according to the contract and at the Supplier's expense. The price of the goods does not include the cost of the glass jar (with container return). The goods offered by the Supplier do not originate from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
