This tender concerns the supply of fresh apples to the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children No. 1 of the Kyiv City State Administration. Accompanying the goods must be a delivery note compliant with Ukrainian legislation and the contract, along with documents certifying the quality and sanitary compliance of the apples. The shelf life of the delivered apples must not exceed 80% of their total shelf life. Payment will be processed within 10 banking days after the Buyer receives budget allocation, based on the delivery confirmation and in accordance with Ukrainian budgetary regulations. By submitting a price proposal, participants confirm that the offered goods do not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
