1. Орієнтовне місце поставки, Вантажоотримувач та кількість Товару: вказані в Таблиці №1 цього Додатку. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного цим Договором.
2. Термін виготовлення: не менше 80% від загального терміну придатності до споживання. Толеранс: допускається застосування толерантності на дану продукцію в бік зменшення до 10%.
3. Пакування: Товар повинен бути в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару і захищає його від пошкоджень під час доставки. Упаковка має містити всю необхідну інформацію про товар, згідно вимог чинного законодавства
4. Маркування Товару: повинно містити обов’язкову інформацію, яка передбачена чинним законодавством для харчових продуктів і відповідати вимогам Державної служби України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів (Держспоживслужба).
5. Транспортування: доставка продукції повинна здійснюватися транспортом Постачальника, відповідно обладнаним для перевезення продукції за предметом договору. Транспортні витрати по доставці товару в місце призначення включені в ціну товару.
