Original language: ukОплата товару проводиться у національній валюті України. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних Постачальника впродовж 7 (семи) календарних днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається накладна Постачальника. Поставка товару за цим Договором здійснюється, за адресою зазначеною в п. 5.2. Договору, в строк до 28 червня 2026 року та супроводжується товарно-транспортною накладною. Обсяг та строк поставки кожної партії зазначається у графіку постачання (Додаток №2 до Договору). У разі корегування графіку постачання направляються окремі заявки Замовника на електронну адресу Постачальника, але в будь-якому разі не пізніше строку зазначеному в п. 5.1. Строк поставки кожної партії не повинен перевищувати 3 (трьох) днів з наступного дня, що слідує за днем направлення заявки. Поставка товарів може бути здійснена тільки у робочі дні до з 08:00 до 15:00. Робочими днями вважається період з понеділка по п’ятницю включно. Постачання товару у неробочий день, а саме суботу, може бути здійснене тільки у разі попереднього узгодження Замовником дати та години постачання з Постачальником, але не пізніше 12:00. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок та транспортом Постачальника. Поставка та передача товарів Замовнику здійснюється на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020 р.), за адресою: Україна, Чернівецька обл., м. Чернівці.
