Original language: ukЛіцензіар передає Ліцензіату Ліцензії на право використання Комп’ютерних програм, що активуються за допомогою засобів авторизації – логіна і пароля (тимчасовий доступ до хмарного онлайн-сервісу) з 01 квітня 2026 року, але не пізніше 05 квітня 2026 року за кінцевим місцем призначення м. Київ. Про фактичну дату та час передачі Ліцензій Ліцензіар має повідомити Ліцензіата за електронною адресою ________________ або офіційним листом. Оплата за отримані Ліцензіатом Ліцензії на право використання Комп’ютерних програм проводиться у національній валюті України. . Розрахунок за Ліцензії на право використання Комп’ютерних програм здійснюється Ліцензіатом лише після їх фактичного отримання за дійсний отриманий обсяг Ліцензій належної якості на підставі належним чином оформленого та підписаного Сторонами рахунку (рахунку-фактури), Акту прийому-передачі Ліцензій впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Ліцензій на право використання Комп’ютерних програм та відповідних документів, які є підставою для оплати, шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Ліцензіара.
