4.2. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків та видаткових накладних Постачальника впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару.
4.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з моменту надходження коштів, передбачених на дану закупівлю, на рахунок Замовника.
5.1. Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару Замовнику партіями (частинами) за заявкою Замовника. Поставка здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту надходження заявки Замовника до 20 травня 2026 року за кінцевим місцем призначення Харківська обл. Конкретна адреса місць поставки товару зазначається в заявці, яка подається в письмовому вигляді або на електронну пошту Постачальника __________________________.
