Comparison of participant proposals is carried out without considering the amount of value added tax. The participant indicates the total price excluding VAT. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. Specified in the draft agreement. Delivery of Goods is carried out on DDP "Delivered Duty Paid" terms (place of delivery according to the Specification), Incoterms (Official rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce (2010 edition). The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the Buyer Goods of proper quality in the quantity, terms and place of delivery in accordance with the Specification. The delivery period of goods depends on the delivery time of the goods, which is indicated in the draft agreement. Date of delivery of goods, execution of works or provision of services, indicated in the Announcement on the web portal of the Authorized body: - is approximate and determined by the calculation method; - is informative and has no legal consequences. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Goods transferred by the Supplier and accepted by the Buyer no earlier than 20 (twenty) and no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, determined in clause 5.1. of this Agreement.
