Талони на дизельне паливо з терміном дії не менше 12-ти місяців, у разі якщо термін дії таких талонів сплив, відбувається заміна на нові талони з терміном дії не менше 6-ти місяців (при заміні кількість нових талонів та кількість палива рівна кількості талонів і кількості палива термін дії яких сплив, тобто ціна палива та кількість палива не міняється, а кількість випадків заміни необмежена). Учасник запиту ціни пропрозиції повинен забезпечити цілодобову заправку автомобілів Замовника по талонах (бланках дозволів, смарт-картках), включаючи суботу, неділю та святкові дні. Обслуговування Замовника на АЗС повинно здійснюватися за талоном єдиного зразка, який може бути прийнятий на будь-якій АЗС, що зазначена Учасником, а також у разі, якщо талони можуть бути використані на АЗС-партнерів. Заправка автотранспорту здійснюється відповідно до потреб Замовника. Кількість АЗС в м. Одеса та Одеській області не менше 14 заправок. А також АЗС Учасника або АЗС-партнерів повинні бути розташовані на автомобільних дорогах загального користування та крупних містах України.
