To create a fair competitive environment, the participant must indicate the offer price without VAT.
Whether VAT is added to the contract price to be concluded with the winner will be determined in accordance with the tax legislation in force at the date of conclusion of the contract and the winner's VAT payer registration status.
The most economically advantageous tender offer is determined by the electronic procurement system as the offer with the lowest price.
6. Quantity: 100 m3 - details in Appendix 2.
7.1. Delivery period of the GOODS – within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the BUYER's dispatch order.
Place of delivery of the GOODS: Lviv; Kyiv (KYIV region) or to the address of another unit specified in the dispatch order. Details in the draft contract Appendix 1.
8. Payment for each batch of delivered GOODS under this Contract is made by the BUYER on the 15th (fifteenth) calendar day from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of Goods or the outgoing invoice, provided that the tax invoice is registered no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the payment date specified in this clause and is executed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, and according to the invoice for the delivered batch of GOODS. 8.1. Performance security of the contract is 5% of the contract amount in accordance with the terms of the draft contract (Appendix 1) and Appendix 4.
9. Final deadline for submission of offer price by the supplier: 08.06.2026 09:00
