З метою забезпечення безперервної, своєчасної та економічно обґрунтованої заправки службових транспортних засобів Замовника, заправка повинна здійснюватися на автозаправних станціях, розташованих у межах м. Яремче. Учасник процедури закупівлі повинен забезпечувати належне функціонування паливних карток та контроль за їх обслуговуванням, зокрема бути емітентом паливних карток або діяти на підставі чинних договірних відносин з емітентом, що гарантує стабільність сервісу та прозорість умов користування. Для забезпечення конкуренції та безперебійного постачання пального Учасник повинен мати можливість здійснювати заправку транспортних засобів через мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій у межах зазначеної території.
