Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 822 (із змінами й доповненнями) .
ДЛЯ ЗАКЛАДІВ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ
1) Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими невеликими партіями/частинами.
2) Кожна партія Товару передається Покупцю з документами, що підтверджують його походження, якість та безпеку (декларація виробника про якість або ветеринарна довідка/свідоцтво або санітарно-гігієнічні висновки тощо).
3) Доставка товару на територію закладу за рахунок постачальника (з дотриманням температурного режиму зберігання та транспортування) у кількості згідно поданих заявок, партіями щотижня.
4) Місце поставки товарів в проєкті договору (Додаток №1).
5) Всі інші умови та порядок внесення змін до договору містяться в проєкті Договору
