Oil and distillates

1. Settlements between the Buyer and the Supplier are made in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 10 calendar days after the parties sign the Acceptance Certificate or Delivery Note in accordance with Art. 1, Clause 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine. The Customer's payment obligations under this Agreement arise subject to the availability of appropriate funding for its execution. Funding under the Agreement is carried out from the treasury account, within the limits of budget appropriations for the budget year. Budget obligations under the Agreement arise in case of budget appropriations, within the limits of budget allocations from the moment of registration of the Agreement in the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. In case of funding delays, payment to the Supplier for the Goods is made after the Customer receives funding for the purchase of the Goods. The Customer is not liable to the Supplier for late payment in case of temporary non-payment by the State Treasury Service of Ukraine for the specified purposes, but does not absolve itself of the obligation to pay for the Goods. Any penalties in such a case do not apply to the Customer.
2. The dispensing of fuel must be carried out in accordance with payment coupons/scratch cards, directly at stationary gas stations in accordance with the "Rules for retail trade of petroleum products", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1442 of December 20, 1997 (as amended). Participant proposals for the supply of fuel from quickly assembled mobile modular gas stations will be rejected by the customer as not meeting the technical requirements.
3. The supply of payment coupons/scratch cards must be carried out in parts (batches) according to the Customer's requests.
4. The distance from gas stations from which the SUPPLIER can dispense fuel to the location of the Customer's vehicles, located at the address: 37552, Poltava region, Lubensky district, s. Zasullia, vul. Molodizhna (Komsomolska), 89b, must not exceed 5 km. (the distance is measured using the Googlemaps internet resource). The supplier must be the issuer of the coupons, the coupon must be of a single sample, a single brand.
5. The validity period of coupons/scratch cards must be indefinite or at least one year from the date of their receipt and guaranteed extension of their term.
