Petroleum and distillates

Mandatory requirement: the Seller/Supplier's gas station or its partners must be located within the city of Bucha, Kyiv region, the city of Kyiv, and in all regional centers of Ukraine, with information about the gas station's communication means (except for territories where combat operations are ongoing or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, as approved by Order of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated 22.12.2022 No. 309.
The validity period of coupons granting the right to receive goods must be at least 12 months from the date of their receipt by the Customer and with the possibility of extending the coupons for another 6 months. According to the written request of the Customer, if necessary (exchange of old coupons for new ones due to expiration), the Supplier must ensure the free exchange of coupons of equivalent value within seven working days.
The quality and quantity of goods must comply with the technical documentation, effective in Ukraine, quality requirements (international standards must be observed), and the terms of the Agreement. Gasoline A-95 (Euro 5) must comply with DSTU 7687:2015 both during procurement and during the supply of Goods, in accordance with the terms of the agreement, confirmed by a declaration of conformity, manufacturer's certificate of conformity, and quality passport of the Goods, provided upon conclusion of the agreement
