4.2. The Customer shall pay for the Goods based on properly executed invoices and delivery notes from the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
4.3. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the delivered Goods shall be made within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of funds allocated for this procurement to the Customer's account.
5.1. The Supplier shall deliver and transfer the Goods to the Customer in batches (parts) upon the Customer's request according to the delivery schedule attached to the Contract and forming an integral part thereof (Appendix No. 3, hereinafter referred to as the Delivery Schedule). Delivery shall be made within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Customer's request until July 30, 2026, to the final destination in Kharkiv region. The specific address of the goods delivery locations shall be indicated in the request, which shall be submitted in writing or to the Supplier's email address __________________________. The transfer of ownership of the Goods shall occur at the moment of signing the delivery note by the Parties.
