Згідно з умовами Договору Сторони погоджують зміну грошового визначення (розрахунку) ціни за одиницю Товару (як в сторону збільшення, так і зменшення) для кожного розрахункового періоду (календарного місяця) після його завершення залежно від зміни середньозваженої ціни на ринку “на добу наперед” у відповідному розрахунковому періоді та/або тарифу на передачу електричної енергії, затвердженого рішенням Регулятора за результатом застосування формульного розрахунку ціни.
Постачання Товару за Договором здійснюється з дати, зазначеної в заяві до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу (далі – Заява) за формою, яка є Додатком №4 до Договору, та здійснюється до 31.12.2026 (включно).
Постачання Товару за цим Договором здійснюється для забезпечення потреб об’єктів електропостачання Споживача, які приєднані до мережі відповідного оператора системи розподілу. Перелік точок обліку визначаються в заяві до Договору, яка є Додатком № 4 до цього Договору.
Вимога: Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран
