Delivery period of goods: until December 31, 2026.
Delivery is carried out according to the nomenclature specified in the Specification of this Agreement and must be completed by December 31, 2026.
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier's motor transport, which has all the necessary permits. Delivery of goods is carried out by the supplier in stages according to the CUSTOMER's needs (1 time per month) and is completed within the agreed period (up to 3 working days) at the CUSTOMER's address from 8:00 to 15:00 on working days from the moment of receiving a request from the CUSTOMER. A request for a batch of goods is made by calling the Supplier's phone number. Transport costs and unloading are at the Supplier's expense. Unloading into the hospital premises (warehouse, 1st-2nd floor) is organized by the Supplier's forces, namely: by the Supplier's representatives who accompany the goods in transit, or by representatives of the organization delivering the cargo.
The goods must be delivered by transport whose technical condition meets the requirements of current legislation. The country of origin of the Goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
