Written translation services for the needs of the High Anti-Corruption Court

All documents that are part of the tender proposal and prepared directly by a participant who is a resident of Ukraine must be in Ukrainian. All other documents, if it is impossible to provide documents in Ukrainian, may be provided in a foreign language. In this case, their translation into Ukrainian must also be provided as part of the tender proposal. If the tender participant is not a resident of Ukraine, they may submit their proposal in a foreign language and provide a translation into Ukrainian. The authenticity of the information stated in the translation of the document must be certified by the participant's signature. Official documents issued by a foreign state authority to the participant must be legalized in the manner established in Ukraine or certified by affixing an apostille, with an attached translation of these documents into Ukrainian, taking into account paragraphs 11 and 12 of Article 34 and Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine "On Notaries", unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine or the legislation of Ukraine. Standard characteristics, requirements, abbreviations, and terminology related to the purchased services are set out in the language of their generally accepted use.
