Товар поставляється згідно з установленими нормами відвантаження у тарі та упаковці, яка забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування, вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт та зберігання в межах термінів, встановлених стандартами та технічними умовами.
Постачальник забезпечує доставку, розвантаження товару Замовнику за адресою: м. Львів вул. Клепарівська 35.
Граничний термін поставки (передачі) Товару Замовнику – 15.12.2026 р.
Постачання товару відбувається дрібними партіями протягом 2026 року в обсягах, зазначених у заявці Замовника, в залежності від фактичної потреби Замовника.
Замовник здійснює оплату Постачальнику протягом 30 робочих днів після постачання Товару, платежами у розмірах фактично поставленого Товару у межах отриманого фінансування з Державного бюджету України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на свій рахунок. У такому випадку штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються.
Розрахунок за поставлений Товар (частину Товару) здійснюється Замовником на підставі належним чином оформленої накладної відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України.
Усі розрахунки за Договором проводяться у гривні в безготівковій формі.
