1. Орієнтовне місце поставки, Вантажоотримувач та кількість Товару: вказані в Таблиці №2 цього Додатку. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного цим Договором.

2. Строк поставки товару: протягом 35 календарних днів з дати підписання Договору.

3. Вимоги до якості: Товар новий і відповідає встановленим технічним параметрам.

4. Країною походження запропонованого товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
