Original language: ukКраїною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Умови поставки Товару: поставка здійснюється Постачальником частинами відповідно до заявок, що подаються Покупцем в межах строку, визначеного п.4.1 Договору. Кількість Товару для кожної поставки визначається в заявці, що подається Покупцем засобом телефонного зв’язку або в письмовій формі, або електронною поштою (на вибір Покупця). Номери телефонів, електронні адреси та адреси для подання заявок зазначені Сторонами у розділі 18 Договору. Поставка Товару відповідно до заявки Покупця здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати її отримання Постачальником. Заявка Покупця, направлена електронною поштою, вважається отриманою Постачальником з дати її направлення Покупцем. У випадку направлення заявки декількома з перелічених у цьому Договорі способами, датою отримання Постачальником заявки Покупця вважається найбільш рання дата отримання заявки.
Умови оплати Товару: Покупець здійснює оплату за належно поставлений Товар на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати її підписання Сторонами (з урахуванням положень постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану»).
Покупець має право на відстрочку платежу за поставлений Товар, зокрема у випадках, визначених п.12.6 Договору. За таких умов розрахунок Покупцем здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту усунення (завершення) відповідної обставини, яка обмежувала можливість здійснення оплати.
