Description

Постачання товару відбуватиметься по 31 травня 2026 за заявками Замовника, не рідше 3х разів на тиждень.
Термін придатності товару (на момент постачання) повинен складати не менше 3 діб, від загального терміну реалізації, визначеного виробником. Загальний термін придатності орієнтовно 14 діб.

Технічні характеристики товару:

Молоко пастеризоване 2,5 % жирності. Технічні та якісні характеристики повинні відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 2661:2010. Пакування - пакети з поліетиленової плівки, масою від 400 мл (г) до 1000 мл (г). Не деформовані та не пошкоджені.

Консистенція однорідна, не тягуча. Колір білий, рівномірний. Товар не має містити осаду, пластивців, грудочок. Має бути без стороннього, непритаманному свіжому молоку присмаку, з легким присмаком пастеризації. Без хімікатів та консервантів. Без сторонніх запахів.

Маркування на упаковці має містити наступну інформацію: назва харчового продукту відомості про виробника, вага нетто, склад, дата виготовлення, терміни придатності, умови зберігання та дані про енергетичну та харчову цінність. Має бути наявна інформація щодо відсутності ГМО в товарі.

Обов'язкова наявність необхідних сертифікатів якості виробника, та/або реєстраційного посвідчення та/або висновку державної санітарно-епідемілогічної експертизи або іншого документу, що підтверджує відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до товару загальнообов'язковими на території України нормами і правилами, який оформлений відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України
