Original language: ukПостачальник гарантує якість Товару, що повинен відповідати рівню, нормам і стандартам, законодавчо встановленим на території України. Якість Товару, який постачається згідно з умовами Договору, повинна відповідати стандартам та технічним умовам виробника, що має бути підтверджено документом про якість (сертифікат відповідності, або сертифікат / паспорт якості, або декларація про відповідність технічному регламенту тощо), встановлений діючим законодавством на запропоновану продукцію (у разі надання сертифікатів іноземною мовою, вони повинні мати переклад українською мовою), які офіційно підтверджують якість товару, Декларацію відповідності виробу Технічному регламенту згідно Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №753 від 02.10.2013р. Ненадання перелічених документів до укладення договору вважатиметься відмовою від підписання/укладення цього договору. Вироби медичного призначення мають бути введені в обіг та/або експлуатацію (застосування) медичного виробу за результатами проходження процедури оцінки відповідності згідно вимог технічного регламенту з урахуванням вимог Постанов КМУ від 02.10.2013 № 753 «Про затвердження Технічного регламенту щодо медичних виробів». Строк поставки Товару – з дати підписання договору і до 31.12.2026 року. Постачальник поставляє Товар згідно зі специфікацією (додаток № 1 до Договору) окремими партіями упродовж трьох робочих днів з дати отримання заявки замовника наданої електронним або телефонним зв’язком. Моментом постачання вважається дата прибуття Товару в місце постачання: КНП «Перинатальний центр м.Києва» за адресами 03150, м.Київ вул. Предславинська,9 та 03037, м. Київ, просп. В. Лобановського,2. Розвантаження товару здійснюється в на склад пологового будинку представниками Постачальника, за його рахунок.
