Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який пропонує поставити з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрат на транспортування та усіх інших витрат. Доставка та розвантаження товару на склад Покупця здійснюється за рахунок Продавця.
Якість товару, що поставляється Продавцем повинна відповідати вимогам чинних нормативно-правових актів на цей вид товару. Разом з товаром Продавець в обов’язковому порядку повинен передати Замовнику документи на всю партію/на кожну партію, що підтверджують безпечність та якість Товару, у тому числі забезпечують їх простежуваність, відповідно до Закону України “Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів”, а саме: декларація виробника (якісне посвідчення) або експертний висновок (протокол досліджень), завірені Продавцем, відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 90% від терміну зберігання даного виду товару з дня поставки його на склад Покупця.
