Kitchenware, household goods and catering supplies.
The procurement is carried out in accordance with Resolution 1178 of October 12, 2022, as amended – Article 10 of the Special Provisions, namely: Customers, including centralized procurement organizations, carry out the procurement of goods and services with a value of 100 thousand UAH or more by using an electronic catalog for the procurement of goods in accordance with the procedure established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 822 “On approval of the Procedure for the formation and use of an electronic catalog”.
General terms of goods delivery: - delivery of products is carried out in separate batches or as a whole, according to the delivery order provided by the Customer. The delivery order for a respective batch of Products is submitted by the Customer in writing in person or transmitted by fax or postal service (registered mail) or electronic communication, and/or verbally (by phone). When accepting goods, the quantity of goods must correspond to the quantity indicated in the accompanying documents. Acceptance of Goods by quantity and quality is carried out by a representative of the customer. Each batch of goods is accompanied by documents confirming its quantity and quality. The supplier independently carries out unloading works at the address: 20300, Cherkasy region, Uman, Sadova St., 9/5.
