Information on the required technical, qualitative, and quantitative characteristics of the subject of procurement in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix 1 of the Documentation.
Other information: in accordance with paragraph 47 of the Specifics (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178), a resident participant independently declares in the electronic procurement system the absence of grounds for refusal to participate in the procurement procedure provided for by this paragraph (except for subparagraphs 1 and 7), which are implemented in the electronic procurement system. Any documents confirming the absence of grounds are not required from resident participants, regardless of the technical implementation in the electronic procurement system. A non-resident participant in the procurement procedure confirms the absence of grounds by independently declaring the absence of such grounds in the electronic procurement system when submitting their tender proposal. In the absence of technical implementation of independent declaration in the EPS by a non-resident participant, the absence of grounds is confirmed by providing information in accordance with the requirements of Appendix 2 of the tender documentation.
