Fire and security alarm devices

The language of the tender proposal is Ukrainian. During the procurement procedures, all documents prepared by the customer shall be in Ukrainian, and at the customer's decision, all documents may simultaneously have an authentic translation into another language. The Ukrainian text is decisive. Standard characteristics, requirements, abbreviations, and terminology related to the goods, works, or services being procured, provided for by existing international or national standards, norms, and rules, shall be presented in the language of their generally accepted use. All information shall be posted in the electronic procurement system in Ukrainian, except for cases where the use of Ukrainian letters and symbols leads to their distortion (including, but not limited to, Internet addresses, email addresses, trademarks (brands for goods and services), generally accepted international terms). The tender proposal and all documents required by the tender documentation and its annexes shall be drawn up in Ukrainian. Documents or copies of documents (required by the tender documentation and its annexes) provided by the Participant as part of the tender proposal, which are in other languages, must be provided along with their authentic translation into Ukrainian. Exceptions: 1. The customer is not obliged to consider documents that are not required by the tender documentation and its annexes and which the participant additionally provides at their own discretion, including if such documents are provided in a foreign language without translation. 2. In case the participant provides several documents in different languages to confirm one requirement, and provided that at least one of the provided documents meets the established requirement, including regarding the language, the customer does not consider the other document(s) that the participant additionally provided to confirm this requirement, even if the other document is provided in a foreign language without translation. The translation must be carried out by a translation bureau or translation center and certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of such center or bureau, or the translation (or the authenticity of the translator's signature) must be notarized. If the tender participant is a non-resident of Ukraine, they may submit their tender proposal in another language with a mandatory translation into Ukrainian.
