3.1. After signing the Contract, the Supplier shall provide the Buyer with fuel coupons (hereinafter - Coupons) of the established form and denomination by way of an outgoing invoice.
3.2. The transfer of Coupons to the Buyer is carried out at the Supplier's office to the Buyer's authorized representative. The Buyer's authorized representative is obliged to provide the Supplier with a power of attorney to receive the Goods (batch of Goods).
3.3. Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the outgoing invoice for the Goods is signed by the Parties.
3.4. The Buyer places an order for the supply of Goods by fax or mail, indicating the name and quantity of the Goods, and the Supplier is obliged to provide Coupons according to the order within 2 banking days.
3.5. The supply of Goods is carried out to the Buyer around the clock using the Supplier's coupons, which are documents of mandatory reporting and the basis for shipping Goods from the gas stations serving the Supplier's coupons to the Buyer. The delivery period of the goods is within two months after signing the Contract.

3.6. To receive the Goods (refueling the vehicle at the gas station), the driver presents a Coupon to the gas station operator. The gas station operator identifies the Coupons accordingly and, based on this, dispenses Goods of the corresponding brand and quantity. Upon dispensing the Goods, the Coupon remains with the operator, which confirms the fact of the Buyer receiving Goods of the corresponding assortment and quantity.
3.7. The Goods are supplied to the Buyer in parts (in batches) - loaded into the Buyer's vehicle transport from the tanks of the Supplier's gas stations (filling stations).
3.8. The place of actual receipt of goods (refueling of vehicles) is carried out at the Supplier's gas stations located within the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv. The list of gas stations and their locations are specified in Appendix No. 1, which is an integral part of this Contract. During the term of this Contract, the Parties have the right to change the list of gas stations by making appropriate amendments to Appendix No. 1, which is an integral part of this Contract.
3.9. The date of supply of the Goods is the date of receipt of the Coupon from the Buyer by the gas station operator.
3.10. The Supplier undertakes, upon the Buyer's request, to present a quality passport for the Goods or a duly certified copy thereof and a Certificate of Conformity (recognition certificate) upon delivery of the Goods.
3.11. The Supplier undertakes to provide the Buyer with a tax invoice within the time limits established by law.
