1. Товар не є походженням із Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран; при поставці буде надана копія чинного документа, виданого компетентним органом, що підтверджує країну походження Товару у випадку, якщо надання такого документа Постачальником передбачено законодавством та вимагається Замовником;
2. Місце поставки товару: 39600, Полтавська обл., м. Кременчук, площа Перемоги, 2.
3. Постачальник повинен здійснити поставку товару протягом 3 (трьох) днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника, але не пізніше 20.03.2026 включно. Товар постачається у відповідній тарі та/або упаковці, які забезпечують його збереженість при транспортуванні, складуванні й зберіганні.
4. Ціна включає вартість Товару, зазначеного в п. 1.2. договору, вартість упаковки/тари, маркування, сплату мита, податків та інших зборів і обов’язкових платежів, транспортні витрати, вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи, збирання Товару (у разі необхідності), а також вартість доставки Товару до Замовника відповідно до визначених Договором умов поставки, вартість виготовлення всіх необхідних документів, що стосуються Товару, а також всі інші витрати Постачальника, пов’язані з виконанням Договору.
