Original language: ukПоставка товару здійснюється партіями в робочі дні на підставі та у відповідності з погодженим Сторонами замовленнями. Строк поставки Товару до 31 грудня 2026 року. Претензії по кількості, терміну зберігання (строку придатності) товару приймаються в момент прийому-передачі. Безпідставна відмова Покупця від прийняття товару не допускається. Продавець має право вимагати від Покупця відшкодування всіх понесених збитків при безпідставній відмові від прийняття товару. Місце поставки Товару: Вінницька область Могилів-Подільський район Ліцей імені Івана Богуна Ямпільської міської ради та його філії (Додаток 2 до Договору). Покупець залишає за собою право змінити місце поставки Товару, про що Сторони укладають Додаткову угоду до цього Договору, яка є його невід’ємною частиною. Товар має передаватись у належній тарі та в упаковці для забезпечення цілісності Товару та збереження його якості під час транспортування. Упаковка і маркування Товару повинні відповідати його специфікації, технічним умовам i стандартам та забезпечувати належні умови транспортування Товару. Товар має бути упакований Постачальником таким чином, щоб не допустити його знищення чи псування, а також уберегти вiд атмосферних впливiв та забезпечити його безпечне перевезення. Товар та упаковка до нього повинні бути марковані та позначені необхідною, доступною та достовірною інформацією, передбаченою чинним законодавством України. У разі відсутності на тарі, упаковці або бірці маркування, а також зазначення країни-виробника та дати виготовлення, Покупець залишає за собою право відмовитися від прийняття такого Товару з відповідним складанням мотивованої відмови від Товару. Штрафні санкції за відмову від прийняття Товару, при вищевказаних обставинах до Покупця не застосовуються.
