Original language: ukПостачання здійснюється дрібними партіями один-два рази на тиждень, у кількості відповідно до наданих заявок Замовника до кожного закладу окремо.
Поставка (передача) товару здійснюється дрібними партіями транспортом учасника-переможця. Під час перевезення Товару постачальники і виробники зобов’язані дотримувати умов транспортування згідно ст. 44 «Гігієнічні вимоги до транспортних засобів» Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів».
Поставка товару має здійснюватися автотранспортом Постачальника, що призначений та обладнаний для перевезення охолоджених (заморожених) продуктів харчування. Постачальник забезпечує належне санітарне утримання виробничих приміщень, обладнання, інвентаря, а також контролює дотримання працівниками виконавця правил особистої гігієни. Водій та особи, які супроводжують продукти в дорозі та виконують навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи повинні мати медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів та забезпечені санітарним одягом (халат, рукавиці). Продукція, що поставляється повинна відповідати санітарно-гігієнічним нормам.
Доставка до місця поставки товару, навантаження та розвантаження, здійснюється Учасником за його власний рахунок та входить до ціни товару.
Товар повинен мати на своєму маркуванні позначення, що ідентифікує партію, до якої належить такий харчовий продукт. Маркування харчових продуктів повинне відповідати вимогам Закону України «Про інформацію для споживачів щодо харчових продуктів».
Харчові продукти не повинні містити генетично модифікованих організмів.
При поставці кожна партія товару супроводжується посвідченням про якість або: декларацією виробника, протоколом випробування, сертифікатом якості та товарно–транспортною накладною.
Постачання товару та відповідна документація на товар, щодо предмета закупівлі, здійснюється відповідно до Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» та Закону України «Про безпечність та якість харчових продуктів».
