Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація / республіка білорусь / ісламська республіка іран.
Місце поставки Товару: Україна, Дніпропетровська область, Кам’янський район, місто Верхньодніпровськ, вулиця Мостова, будинок 36. Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями за заявками Покупця протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання відповідної заявки Покупця, але не пізніше 31 грудня 2026 року. Поставка Товару (дизельне пальне, налив) постачається на адресу Покупця бензовозами Постачальника.
При постачанні Товару автотранспорт Постачальника, що здійснює постачання Товару, повинен бути:
- обладнаний насосами для його зливу, лічильником обліку палива з дійсним посвідченням про повірку засобу вимірювальної техніки, шлангами необхідної довжини та належного діаметру, євро-перехідниками та обладнаний протипожежним оснащенням згідно Правил пожежної безпеки в Україні, затверджених Наказом Міністерства внутрішніх справ України № 1417 від 30.12.2014 року;
- забезпечений засобами пожежогасіння відповідно до Правил пожежної безпеки для підприємств і організацій автомобільного транспорту України, затверджених наказом Міністерства інфраструктури України від 21.01.2015 № 11;
