(a) it is not a resident and/or citizen of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran (except for exceptions provided by law), and is not a business entity/legal entity created/established and/or registered/registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran;
(b) the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran, citizens of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran (except for exceptions provided by law), or a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran, are not the ultimate beneficial owners (owners) of the Supplier and/or a member and/or participant (shareholder) holding a share in the authorized capital of the Supplier of 10 or more percent;
(c) the Supplier does not sell goods, works, services originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran, including those that are the subject of procurement;
(d) personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) have not been applied to the Supplier in accordance with legislation and/or international treaties.
