The goods are delivered in small batches, determined by the Customer five times a week, according to orders submitted by educational institutions, the next day after the order is submitted by 15:00. The delivery date of the Goods is the date of transfer of the Goods by the Customer in accordance with the sales invoice. Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier within the term of the Agreement in accordance with the preliminary Order of the Buyer, which specifies the assortment (type) and volume of the goods (quantity), the price per unit of goods (in accordance with the Specification signed by the Parties), the total price of the batch of goods and other conditions. An order can be made by correspondence, telegram, by telephone or fax, by e-mail or provided through a representative of the Supplier. Shipment and delivery of Goods to the Customer's addresses are carried out by the Supplier, in accordance with the accepted orders. When supplying goods, the Supplier must provide certificates of conformity, test reports, sanitary certificates (conclusions), manufacturer's declaration indicating the number of the veterinary certificate for a specific batch (at the time of delivery) and/or other documents confirming the origin and quality of the goods, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The supply of goods is carried out in special transport in compliance with sanitary requirements, including those regarding the compatibility of food products and the cold chain.
