Achiziția are ca obiect servicii de asigurare obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto RCA pentru parcul auto al Serviciului de Ambulanță Județean Harghita, pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni. Cantitatea minimă estimată este de 67 de autovehicule, iar cantitatea maximă este de 162 vehicule-perioadă, corespunzătoare unui număr de maximum 81 de autovehicule pentru fiecare dintre cei doi ani ai acordului-cadru. Polițele se vor emite pentru perioade de 1–12 luni, în funcție de necesitățile autorității contractante. Cantitățile sunt estimative și nu reprezintă un minim garantat.
