Organization and conduct of events (conferences, trainings, seminars and others), and related activities, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the needs of the Human Resources Development Centre

"Organization and conduct of events (conferences, trainings, seminars and others), and related activities, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the needs of the Human Resources Development Centre" The scope of the public procurement includes logistics and organizational-technical preparation of events related to the implementation of the activities of the Human Resources Development Centre under the "Erasmus+" Programme, the "European Solidarity Corps" Programme and related activities, including, but not limited to - hotel accommodation; rental of halls/premises; technical equipment; provision of catering and coffee breaks, online coverage of events. The events will be held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and can be in different formats - conferences, trainings, seminars, exchange of good practices, information days, congresses, round tables, working meetings, sessions, public events organized in open and closed spaces, including public places, open stages, in museums, community centers, seminar rooms, etc. Logistics and organizational-technical preparation include - provision of transport (excluding air transport); hotel accommodation; halls; technical equipment; sound systems; participant registration; provision/distribution of materials; provision of catering and coffee breaks; creation of video or audio recordings of the event on an electronic medium; creation of photographic material from the event and other similar related activities. The organization and conduct of the events must be carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in the technical specification for accommodation, technical equipment at the event venues, organization of catering for participants, event materials, transport to the event venue and other similar activities. As of the date of opening of the tender, the contracting authority cannot exhaustively specify all events by type and number of activities, number of participants, estimated cost of events or timeline for their planning and execution. This necessitates that, depending on the specific needs and available financial resources under the procurement, the contracting authority must have the opportunity to commission the organization and conduct of events that were not known to it at the date of opening of the tender, and which are not specified in the Technical Specification.
