The activities included in the scope of the public procurement include: 1) Collection and transportation of waste from containers to a treatment facility; 2) Collection and transportation of bulky waste (BW) and construction waste dumped around containers / generated during renovation activities by households / and from cleaning illegal landfills to a treatment facility in the territory / upon request /. The activities under the contract will be carried out in the territory of the Municipality of Pernik by neighborhoods, industrial zones, villa and settlement formations, and resort areas, and in the territory of the other settlements in the municipality. The boundaries of the waste disposal and waste cleaning areas are determined annually by October 31st by order of the Mayor of the Municipality of Pernik, in accordance with Art. 63, para. 2 of the Law on Local Taxes and Fees.
